Information Session - Join Peace Boat as a Volunteer Interpreter

Sep 20, 2024

Do you dream of broadening your horizons through polishing your language skills while traveling around the world?
Every year, Peace Boat recruits volunteer interpreters for our global voyages.

Since our beginning in 1983, we have had hundreds of volunteers joining our voyages. From university students to people working in big companies or who just finished raising children. Being of various nationalities and speaking different languages, our volunteers make up a diverse group of people which makes volunteering with Peace Boat a unique experience.

During our online information sessions, we will give a brief introduction to Peace Boat, explain more about the kind of work you can do as a volunteer interpreter, application requirements, and most importantly, all the exciting things to expect as a Peace Boat volunteer.

Come join us if you are interested in Peace Boat, would like to go on a voyage, or are simply looking for a way to do something meaningful.

English + Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean
