Peace Boat has been conducting grassroots exchange, solidarity activities and humanitarian support for Palestine for more than twenty years. We have strongly condemned the attacks by Hamas on Israeli civilians in October 2023, as well as the indiscriminate attacks on civilians in Gaza by the Israeli military since then.
As these attacks have been prolonged, Gaza has been suffering from severe shortages of items to fulfill basic human needs such as food and medical supplies, causing people to die not only from bombs and attacks but also from starvation and disease.
To support people suffering in such extreme conditions, we are working together with local partners to set up a campaign to raise funds for emergency food support.
Around USD 35 can provide a family of five with enough fresh vegetables for around four to five days.
Your support will connect to vital life lines for citizens in Gaza, while showing that the world’s eyes are watching.

Thanks to our many partners around the world, Peace Boat has been sailing since 1983 empowering participants, strengthening local capacity for sustainability, and building people-to-people connections beyond borders.
Long-term projects conducted in partnership with partners around the world include delivery of support goods by ship, and fundraising for demining in Cambodia. Advocacy and awareness raising for nuclear disarmament is another central pillar of our work as an International Steering Group member of 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN).
In addition to long-term projects we also carry out urgent campaigns and actions, such as at times of war or disaster. No matter the situation, there is always something that we as citizens can do to take action.
