Peace Boat's 75th Global Peace Voyage sailed from Yokohama on January 24, 2012, and returned on May 3, 2012. Highlights of this voyage included Peace Boat's first call to West Africa since 1995, to the Senegalese port of Dakar, where participants will learn about local efforts for peacebuilding and decolonization. The 75th Voyage also featured Peace Boat's very first visit to the Black Sea countries of Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine.
