Peace Boat's Ocean and Climate Youth Ambassadors Programme, announced at the Ocean Conference has brought youth leaders from states on the front line of climate change and marine degradation to travel onboard Peace Boat's ship in Europe and to New York. Throughout their voyage, young leaders met with local, regional and national governments, civil society and the scientific community taking part in awareness raising and outreach events in ports visited, including in France, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Iceland. The programme is recognised by the COP23 Presidency Secretariat as an Endorsed Event of COP23.

Their voyage which connects the Ocean Conference to COP23, ends here in New York. Join the young leaders as they report on their activities to the United Nations Community and present their Call to Action.
