Zamora was the only notary public in Costa Rica marrying same-sex couples when he came on board Peace Boat's 98th global voyage as a Guest Educator. In the next video, he tells the story of how the 2018 gay marriage controversy began in Costa Rica and the role he played. These two videos were made by a volunteer travelling onboard.
