- Promoting Dialogue from the Grassroots - the Northeast Asia Regional Peacebuilding Institute (NARPI) Experience

**Professor Liu Cheng is a Chinese historian and peace educator based at the History Department, Nanjing University, China. He is a pioneer in introducing peace studies as an academic discipline in Chinese universities. Main publications: Wars and the Negotiations (2005), Peace Studies (2006), The British Modern Transformation and Remaking of Language:English Labour Party (2013).
